October of 1996, a gentleman named Mike Taylor, donated "Land Survey Abstract Indices Original Land Owners of TX" to the Menard County Archives.

As time allows, I will add additional information or copies of documents that I think might be of interest to Menard researchers. I am also trying to locate an early platt map of Menard County....but to date, one from the 1930's is the earliest one I've found.
